What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept most payment methods.
You will receive an invoice via email and you can simply pay online using a method that works for you with our multiple options for payment.
What file formats do you accept?
We primarily accept high-resolution Print Ready PDF files.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded and images are at least 300 DPI.
For most products, we recommend a bleed of 3mm and a safety margin of 5mm.

How can I ensure accurate color reproduction?
Ensure you convert all RGB colours to CMYK. This is vital for your job to produce desirable results.
Please allow for a difference in colour between what is shown on your screen and what is printed. When printing in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black), various factors will affect the colour. You cannot determine how the colour will print by what you see on your screen, every screen is different and every printer prints each colour differently. Perfect consistency is not guaranteed, this is simply the nature of printing in CMYK. There is potentially a 5% variance in colour from the first proof to the final product. Never underestimate the difference a stock can make to your colours. When choosing a colour please take into account what stock it will be printed on. A colour will appear differently when printed on different stocks.
What is a proof, and why is it important?
A printing proof (sometimes called a repress) is a prototype / mockup to provide a close to accurate representation of how your artwork or design will look when in the final printed stage. With monitors not always telling the full story, you want to be confident that what you’re seeing on the screen is what you’re going to achieve.
Proofs are the closest you’re going to get before you see the printed material in all its glory.
Are your flags weatherproof?
All of our polyester flags are printed using the dye sublimation process which provides a high quality print and vibrant colours.
When used internally (i.e. out of the sun and weather) these flags will last indefinitely.
When used outdoors the dye sublimation print will fade over time and the amount of fading will depend on the amount of UV the flag is exposed to. As an indication we would expect the flags to last 6 – 12 months before noticeably fading but this could vary depending on the conditions the flags are exposed to. Flags left out in harsh conditions are more likely to fade within 3 months of use.
It should be noted that flags supplied by other suppliers in Australia will last for the same amount of time as they are all printed with the same dye sublimation process.
How do I remove creases from the Flag Fabric?
We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It’s also possible to use a warm iron, but it is important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not make contact with the fabric.
